Penfold Motors will give due consideration to all employee requests for flexible arrangements. Flexible arrangements could include:
- Part-time work
- Earlier or later starting and finishing times
- Job sharing
- Extending unpaid leave when paid leave entitlements have been exhausted
- Allowing employees to work additional hours to make up for time taken for parental or carer responsibilities
- Working from home
Flexible arrangements could be for a one-off circumstance or could be ongoing.
The nature of the service delivery requirements of various Penfold Motors departments means that it will not always be possible to accommodate specific requests
for flexible work arrangements. However, in all cases, Penfold Motors will properly assess the request and the impacts on both the employee and the employer of
granting or not granting the request.
